The Stratford Cullitons are pleased to have Phil back as Head Coach for the 2009-2010 season.
 
Coach Westman brings a wealth of hockey knowledge, experience and enthusiasm to our program. During his previous years with the team (1999-2005), Phil helped guide the Cullitons to two consecutive OHA Sutherland Cup titles.
